Ava Knox joined SLN Capital Markets as an Associate in 2025, following her internship with the firm in 2024. She works alongside an experienced Capital Markets team specializing in investment-grade commercial properties, including triple-net leased assets, ground lease structures, and long-term credit-tenant investments.

During her internship, Ava gained valuable experience in underwriting, market research, and deal preparation. These skills provide a strong foundation for her role today. She supports a diverse client base, ranging from private investors pursuing 1031 exchanges to developers and institutional clients with long-term investment strategies.

Ava earned the Lauren L. Connor Scholarship Endowment in 2023 and was recognized on the Dean’s List for two semesters during her undergraduate studies. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, she leverages her market knowledge while contributing to transactions across the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
