Carter Wells is an associate with SLN Capital Markets, focused solely on representing buyers and sellers of investment properties. Carter joined the firm from Colliers International, where he performed analytical and operational work for the Director of the Colliers Richmond Office. He was previously with the Costar Group, where he completed research for clients on investment sales cap rates, 1031 exchanges and sale-leasebacks.

Carter is based in Richmond, VA but works deals up and down the eastern seaboard.
