Clay joined the Richmond office in 2023 as an Associate of the SLN Capital Markets team, helping investors acquire and sell multifamily properties. Clay loves to dig up opportunities and in his first year uncovered an off-market townhouse community that sold for more than $12 million.

Clay started his real estate career on the residential side, successfully selling 50 homes during his two-year tenure at CapCenter. His ability to understand market forces, coupled with a commitment to client satisfaction, set him apart as a reliable and trusted real estate professional. Clay eventually transitioned into multifamily property management, with a six-year tenure with Main Street Realty and The Breeden Company in Richmond.

Clay is originally from Norfolk, VA and graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in English.
