Nathan Shor joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2013 and is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry.

His passion for commercial real estate traces back to 1982 in Raleigh, North Carolina where he worked for Shor & Associates, his family’s firm founded in 1970. Nathan relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 1985, where he successfully managed and expanded a satellite office, ultimately leading to the establishment of SHOR Real Estate, Inc. in January of 2000.

Whether securing deals for buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, Nathan consistently demonstrates his commitment to providing the highest level of service. His expertise spans across all levels of the industry, ranging from small-scale leasing agreements to consulting on large-scale shopping center developments.
